For Kids

Every child, at just the right age.

Children grow in stages — and so do we. MindFlow meets each child exactly where they are developmentally, with two age groups and a gentle three-stage journey that starts with understanding themselves and grows outward from there.

Two Age Groups

Two journeys, one big idea.

Both groups follow the same path — from understanding myself, to understanding others, to thinking and choosing well. What changes is the depth, the pace, and how playful the practice looks.

Ages 5–9
Young Adventurers

The years of growing minds — when a child can think about their own thinking and begin to solve real problems.

  • Deeper conversations, empathy, and teamwork
  • Hands-on science and creative problem-solving
  • Thinking tools that grow with them for life

Stage 1
Getting to know me
Feelings & a calm body

Children learn to name what they feel — happy, sad, angry, scared — and discover simple ways to settle a big feeling: flower-and-candle breathing, noticing the signals their body sends, and finding calm again.

Play · Art · Story
Stage 2
My world & others
Sharing, turns & kindness

Children begin to notice how friends feel. Through play they practice taking turns, sharing, working through little disagreements, and building friendships out of everyday kindness.

Play · Movement · Story
Stage 3
I can!
Confidence & choices

Children discover that every choice leads somewhere. They practice the pause before reacting, choosing between simple options, trying again after a wobble, and feeling proud of "I did it myself."

Emotions & self-regulation

Children explore their strengths and values, and learn how a belief becomes a thought, a feeling, and an action. They build real tools for steadying anger, worry, and other powerful emotions.

Discussion · Art · Reflection
Stage 2
In others' shoes
Empathy & relationships

Children learn to read a room and understand that people differ in needs, wants, and views. They practice active listening, saying a kind "no," making amends, and standing up for themselves and others.

Stage 3
Think it through
Thinking & problem-solving

With a growth mindset and playful systems-thinking tools, children learn to see connections and different points of view, weigh options, and work through bigger problems step by step.

For Parents

Questions parents often ask.

Our classes are designed for children ages 3 to 9, grouped into Little Explorers (3–5) and Young Adventurers (5–9). We're always growing, so reach out to ask about current groups and openings for your child's age.
It varies by stage, but most run across several weekly sessions — usually one class a week. Each stage builds gently on the one before, so children move forward at a comfortable, confident pace.
Age is only one clue. In a friendly first chat, a MindFlow facilitator learns a little about where your child is developmentally and recommends the group that fits best. Readiness matters more than the number of candles on the cake.
Classes are held in small groups (around 6 to 8 children) in a warm, safe space, following the same predictable rhythm every time. We run sessions in learning centers, in your school, in partner kindergartens, and live online — plus occasional one-day workshops.
